Eligibility:

1. Chief Risk Officer

Qualification: 

candidate has a Graduate Degree with 1. Professional certification in the Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. OR 2. Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. preferable additional Qualification: 1.Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst awarded by CFA board, 2. Designated Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India or equivalent abroad, OR 3.Designated as a Cost and Management system Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountant of India or equivalent abroad.

Work Experience:

Mandatory experience: the candidate has a minimum five years experience in the corporate Credit and risk management system at the level of Assistant General Manager or the above in one or more PSBs, or having the similar role and responsibilities in one or more the regulated lending entity (in the opinion of the CRO-recruiting PSB and its CRO Selection Committee), candidate have minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management. Desirable Extra Experience: the candidate has a very good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and /or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.

2. Chief Financial Officer

Qualification:

Essential Qualification: candidate also passed to be a Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Work Experience:

Mandatory experience: candidate have minimum Fifteen years in Overseeing Financial Operation expert, preferably Accounting and Taxation matters, in Banks/Large Corporate/PSUs/FIs/and other any Financial Services Organizations, of which requirement 10 years should be in Banks/FIs (and minimum of which five years should be at Senior Management Level).

Pay Compensation: The compensation t&c will be negotiated/ finalized depending upon the suitability of the candidate.
