Eligibility Criteria: 

1.Private Secretary

(i) Holding the analogous for the post of Private Secretary on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department (ii) Candidate have minimum five years of regular service rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis as Personal Assistant in pay Level-7 (Rs, 44900-142400) in the pay matrix.

2. Assistant Accounts Officer/ Assistant Audit Officer
(i) Holding the analogous for the posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or (ii) Candidate have minimum six years regular service in Level-6 in the pay the matrix or equivalent in this parent cadre or department

3.Deputy Director of Accounts
(i) Holding the analogous for the posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or ii. Candidate have a minimum five years of regular service in level-11 of the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department,

4.Executive Engineer
(i) holding the analogous for the post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or (ii) with Candidate have minimum five years of regular service in Level-10 of the pay matrix (iii) possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering and five years of experience in planning/construction/design/maintenance, in Civil and Technical/Technical/ Induskial structures/Estate Management and Contract Management from a recognized Institute

5.Assistant Executive Engineer(i) holding the analogous for the post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or (ii) Candidate have minimum with five years of regular service in Level-10 of the pay matrix; and (iii) possessing a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering and five years of experience in planning/construction/design/maintenance, in Civil and Technical/Technical/ Induskial structures/Estate Management and Contract Management from a recognized Institute

6.Personal Assistant
(i) Holding the analogous for the a post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or (ii) Candidate have minimum ten years of regular service rendered after appointment thereto on the regular basis as a Stenographer in Level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) in the pay matrix,

7.Private Secretary
(i) Holding the analogous for the post of Private Secretary on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) Candidate have minimum five years of regular service rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis as PersonalAssistant in Level-7 (Rs, 44900-142400) in the pay matrix,

8.Scientist-H
(i) holding the analogous for the post on a regular basis in the parent Cadre or Department; or (ii) Candidate have minimum three years of regular service in Level-14; a

9.Scientist-E
(a) officers of the Cenkalcovernment; (l) holding the analogous for the post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) Candidate have minimum four years of regular service in Level – 12l12A of the pay [4atrix ] and (b) Possessing essential qualifications and experience as mentioned below:- (i) First Class Master’s Degree in Physics/Electronics/ mathematics from a recognized University or Institute.

10.Section Officer
(i) holding the analogous for the post on a regular basis (ii) Candidate minimum having five years of regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix, and (b) Candidate have minimum possessing three years’experience in dealing with Administration and Establishment matters in the Central Government Department.
