• পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার শিক্ষা বিভাগ শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য মডেল টাস্ক ক্রিয়াকলাপ তৈরি করে। মহামারিজনিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে সমস্ত স্কুল পরবর্তী নির্দেশ না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত বন্ধ থাকবে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ প্রথম সংশ্লেষ মূল্যায়নের সিলেবাসের ভিত্তিতে নকশা করা মডেল টাস্ক ক্রিয়াকলাপ স্থির করে।
•  যদি প্রার্থীদের প্রয়োজন হয়, প্রার্থীরা ক্রিয়াকলাপের কাজগুলি করার আগে পাঠ্যপুস্তক গুলির অধ্যায় গুলিতে প্রথম সম্মিলিত মূল্যায়নের জন্য চিহ্নিত করতে পারেন।পরীক্ষার্থীদের স্কুল পুনরায় খোলার আগে সমস্ত ক্রিয়াকলাপ সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
• পরীক্ষার্থীদের স্কুল খোলার আগে সমস্ত ক্রিয়াকলাপ টাস্কটি সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। স্কুল পুনরায় খোলার পরে শিক্ষার্থীদের তাদের নিজেদের ক্রিয়াকলাপটি স্কুলের সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয় শিক্ষকের কাছে জমা দিতে হবে।
• যদি প্রার্থীদের প্রয়োজন হয়, প্রার্থীদের মডেল ক্রিয়াকলাপের কার্যালয়ের জন্য স্কুলের শিক্ষকের সাথে পরামর্শ করা যেতে পারে।
•  শিক্ষক যদি প্রয়োজনের জন্য ফি দেয় তবে স্কুল শিক্ষক মডেল ক্রিয়াকলাপের কার্যটি সংশোধন করতে পারেন। তারপরে শিক্ষক এসএমএস, ইমেল বা ফোনের মাধ্যমে তাদের নিজ বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নতুন ক্রিয়াকলাপের কার্যটি প্রেরণ করবেন।
• কোভিন 19 এর কারণে ভাইরাসজনিত মহামারী পরিস্থিতিতে স্কুল বন্ধ। তাই বাড়িতে থাকুন এবং প্রদত্ত মডেল ক্রিয়াকলাপের উত্তরপত্রটি প্রস্তুত করুন।

বিদ্যালয়টি খোলার আগে শিক্ষার্থীদের মডেল ক্রিয়াকলাপের কার্যগুলি সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে। শিক্ষার্থী ঘরে বসে সাবজেক্ট এক্সারসাইজ বইয়ের কাজগুলি সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। স্কুল পুনরায় খোলার পরে শিক্ষার্থীদের সেখানে সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষকদের ক্রিয়াকলাপের কার্যগুলি জমা দিতে হবে। এই মহামারির পরিস্থিতিতে শিক্ষার্থীদের তাদের বাড়ির বাইরে যেতে হবে না।
