OR candidate contains a Master’s Degree during a purported University or bord in any subject aside from Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a mandatory or elective subject or candidate as the medium of an examination at the Degree level. OR candidate has a Master’s Degree in a reputed University or bord in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the candidate medium of an examination at the Degree level.
