| Stenographer C | 2.Candidates must be passed the 10+2 from a recognized Board or University. A speed of 100 words per minutes in English/Hindi Shorthand with skill of Data Entry and Word Processing in computer. |
| Stenographer D | 3.Candidates must be passed the 12th from a recognized Board or University. With Norms Dictation: 10 mts & 80 WPM Transcription: 65 mts in English & 75 Mts in Hindi on Manual Typewriter. |
| Data Entry Operator | 4.Candidates must be passed the 10+2 from a recognized Board or University & also need at least 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.. |
| Lower Division Clerk | 5.Candidates must be passed the 10+2 from a recognized Board or University or Institute. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English & 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer |
