UPSC Online Important Dates

For this Combined Medical Service Examination application process start from 29 July 2020 & last date for application 18 August 2020 6:00 pm. The online UPSC Applications can be withdrawn from 25.08.2020 to 31.08.2020 till 6.00 PM. For detailed instructions regarding the withdrawal of Applications is available in Appendix-II (B). For this UPSC application applicants need to pay an application fee. Fee payment last date 18 August 2020 6:00 pm through online & for offline application fee payment last date 17 August 2020 23:59.

Category- I

Junior Scale Posts for Central Health Service -182

Category -II

(i)                 Assistant Divisional Medical Officer – 300 for the Railways.

(ii)               Assistant Medical Officer for Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service. – 66

(iii)             General Duty Medical Officer for New Delhi Municipal Council. – 04

(iv)            General duty Medical Officer Gr-II in EDMC, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation- 07

UPSC Combined Medical Service Age Limit:

Maximum age limit for this post 32 Years as on 01 August 2020. But Maximum age 35 Years for Junior Time Scale Post for Central Health Service. For some category has some age relaxation. For SC/ST candidates 5 Years, 3Years for OBC, 3Year for Defence Service Personnel disabled in operations during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released therefore thereof& also some category have relaxation see below official notification.

UPSC CMS 2020 Qualification

Candidates must be passed written & practical parts of the Final M.B.B.S. examination from a recognized university/ Institute.

Candidates pay their application fee through Online during submission of the application by using Debit Card/ Credit Card or Net Banking. UPSC Online Selection Process:

In this recruitment, application candidates will be selected through Computer Base Examination & personal test.
